the symposium fee includes:
- All accommodation, meals and entrance fees
- All travel expenses for the duration of the symposium
- Full social program, including symposium banquet
- The compiled lectures in booklet form
- Special symposium memorabilia (e.g. clothing, small gifts etc.)
the symposium fee does not include:
- Airfares or travel costs incurred in getting to the Symposium
- Travel insurance
- Medical insurance
- Luggage insurance
- Drinks on the symposium
Please note that certain optional (non-veterinary) activities are NOT included. These activities will have to be paid for by the delegates themselves but are not compulsory. E.g. River Rafting, Canopy Tours.
